Worship Pastor

Turning Point Church is looking for a Worship Pastor who can lead our worship ministry and help people experience a life changing relationship with Jesus! We are a non-denominational, growing church with contemporary worship in Southwest Florida. We are looking for a Worship Pastor with at least 3-5 years of experience who can lead with excellence on Sunday mornings, grow our worship ministry, and oversee our media ministry. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary worship leader for worship services.
• Build, coach, direct, and develop the worship band, vocalists, and tech team.
• Lead weekly rehearsals in preparation for leading worship.
• Oversee and develop the AVL ministry and ensure quality for Sunday mornings.
• Lead and develop the media ministry, ensure slides and videos are ready for Sunday, and oversee the projects outsourced to the Media Coordinator (videos, graphic design, social media posts, etc).
• Oversee and develop the Worship Ministry budgets.
• Pursue continued education and personal spiritual growth (ex: Bible study, conferences, books, etc.).
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
