Description

 Job Title: WMS Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated WMS (Warehouse Management System) Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations or business analysis, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Gather and document business requirements for WMS implementations and enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement WMS solutions
  • Create functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system rollouts
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Provide training and support to end-users on WMS functionality

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WMS software implementations or enhancements
  • Ability to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
