Casablanca Bridal Company has been celebrating love with brides all over the world for 27 years with our four brands: Casablanca, Beloved, Le Blanc, and Amare Couture. We are currently looking for an ambitious and positive Sales Representative with proven experience in bridal or wholesale sales to represent our brands on the East Coast, US.


As the Wholesale Sales Representative, you will be an ambassador of a prominent American brand and share the family legacy with our existing clients, while nurturing and proactively pursuing sales in your designated territory. Your role encompasses not only driving wholesale sales but also ensuring the clients' needs are heard and met, overseeing their stock replenishment, and proactively encouraging repurchases.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive wholesale sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence by in-person prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and regular communication.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Upsell products and services including customizations and matching accessories.
  • Drive trunk show bookings, frequently attend trunk shows, and support customers with pre-trunk show training to ensure they have a successful trunk show.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Travel required up to 70% of the time, visiting clients, attending trade shows, and prospecting for new business.
  • Attend sales meetings, virtual or in-person when requested.

Territory Sales Representative Requirements:


  • Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for the wedding and bridal industry.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
