Our client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Wholesale Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! Ideal background is from showroom/ retail/ sample roles.
Responsibilities
Receive and catalogue incoming sample shipments
Review samples for quality
Prepare and track outgoing shipments for PR team
Assist sales team with PO entry and maintenance
Assist during buying appointments
Close out sales orders
Open and close showroom before and after appointments
Other admin tasks as needed
Qualifications
Applicable experience in retail
1-2 years working experience within a showroom, wholesale, buying assistant
Strong communication skills
Creative and proactive attitude
Strong Excel skills required
V-Lookups and Pivot Tables knowledge required
