Role Overview We are looking for a Website Marketing Manager with a passion for SaaS website marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be an advocate for our clients to ensure they are continually improving their websites with recommendations that maximize the impact on their marketing strategy. This role is very client-facing and requires a great understanding of our clients' products, ICP, messaging, and SaaS web design best practices.


Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our clients' products, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and competitors to provide insights on how to increase website conversion rates and better connect with their ICP.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to maximize website conversion rates.
  • Lead in building out Amply's CRO offering, processes, tools, and strategies to boost efficiency and yield better results for our clients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various Amply teams, including Design and Development, to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
  • Develop hypotheses, testing briefs, and reports for A/B tests to steer data-driven decision-making.
  • Attend monthly client calls and meetings to offer insights on CRO initiatives and explore optimization avenues.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to refine user experiences and foster performance enhancements.
  • Conduct user research and testing to glean valuable insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Implement personalized and segmented strategies to tailor experiences to diverse audience segments effectively.
  • Leverage session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and user journey analysis to extract actionable insights.


Requirements

  • Passion for SaaS websites
  • Great eye for design
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Self-starter. We are looking for someone to help build and shape this role.
  • Experience in SaaS web design, particularly focusing on CRO
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, along with CRO research tools (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of CRO principles, user research methodologies, and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in web design and development is advantageous
  • A portfolio showcasing previous SaaS web design work and CRO projects


Nice to Have

  • Previous product design experience
  • Previous experience in agency-client relationship management
  • Experience with tools like VWO, Mutiny, Optimizely, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, Figma, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Intellimize
