The Human Services Alliance of Greater Prince William is a nonprofit association of traditional and non-traditional human services providers that support the residents of Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. The Alliance offers services such as member networking, customized training, advocacy, and resources. Core funding for The Alliance is provided by a grant from Prince William County, member dues, and other fundraising efforts.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Website Content Manager. The Website Content Manager will be responsible for refreshing web content via existing Wix platform.
Content refreshment is divided into three main aspects:
Information Update: This involves updating outdated information, statistics, and facts in our content to ensure accuracy and reliability. It also includes adding new insights, trends, or research findings that have emerged since the content was first published.
SEO Optimization: This process focuses on improving our content’s search engine visibility by optimizing meta tags, and title tags, and incorporating target keywords. Updating internal and external links also plays a crucial role in enhancing our content performance.
User Experience Enhancement: The final aspect of content refreshment revolves around improving the overall user experience of our content. This involves restructuring the layout, adding multimedia elements (such as images or videos), and enhancing readability through better formatting.

Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the nonprofit or human services sector is a plus

Fixed fee based on proposed project hours.
