The role...

The Agile Delivery Lead plays a critical role in promoting collaboration, coordination, and alignment among multiple agile teams, enabling the organization to effectively deliver complex projects or products at scale. Provides business analysis, project management, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and hands-on systems support for multiple technologies within the Web/Ecommerce portfolio. This position partners with the Commercial, Marketing, Product Development, and Manufacturing business teams, IT project teams, IT Engineering, and IT Operations teams to understand needs, define requirements, and identify, implement, and support technology solutions, following various Agile methodologies and frameworks. This position reports to the Director of Web/E-commerce.

You'll have the opportunity to...

• The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for organizing and facilitating regular Agile meetings such as working across all Agile teams to facilitate integrated product and technical roadmap sessions, product demos, coordinating deployment across teams, etc.
• Ensures that all Agile teams are aligned with the overall project goals, priorities, and roadmap. Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting priorities, dependencies, and resource constraints across teams, ensuring that the collective efforts of all teams contribute to the successful delivery of the project.
• Facilitate and drive multiple business asks to completion through backlog management & prioritization across multiple business teams like Marketing, Commercial, ERP, PIM, Supply Chain, R&D, and Production.
• Build collaborative and close relationships with Business, Architecture, Analysis, and Release teams, to ensure alignment across scope, architecture, governance, and plans on all initiatives as assigned.
• Develop and execute plans for deploying the applications into production.
• Ensure fluid and rapid communication in case of issues, scope changes, estimation inaccuracy, or any other situations that could have an impact on the delivery of the team.
• Day-to-day management of the overall platform boards, improving flow and working with the team to make the most out of utilizing user stories for backlog management. Working with other teams in building the platform backlog.
• Resolve and track issues reported through the existing ticket system(JIRA) and escalations.
• Shaping Agile processes and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Embedding Agile ways of working and running ceremonies, ensuring teams are following best practice agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos. Coach and guide technical leads as needed on best practices.
• Facilitating requirements sessions, documenting stories, writing test cases as needed, and conducting UAT.

Who you are and what you bring to the team...

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology Business or related area.
• Minimum of 7 years working as a Delivery lead, Scrum Master, or Release Coordinator specializing in Web/e-commerce systems such as CommerceTools, Elastic Search, Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management and preferably within or supporting the biotech/life sciences industry.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies for systems development, experience with Atlassian Jira for user story, task, and bug tracking preferred.
• Familiar with the CICD pipeline, and DevOps tools (like Github).
• Effective communication.
• Release/deployment planning.
• Ability to prepare reports, schedules, presentations, procedures, and process documents.

• Ability to work collaboratively as well as alone; able to prioritize workload and safely context switch in a busy role.
