South BMW is searching for a Warranty Clerkwho willreport to the Warranty Administrator and will be in charge of imputing and submitting warranty claims to the BMW factoryaccording to Company guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties
Impute and submit warranty claims following manufacturer guidelines
File warranty documentation and maintainrecords as necessary
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Participates in required training
Follows safeguards rules and regulations
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Demonstrateorganizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience as a cashier, file clerk, receptionist, or other clerical positions.
Ability to communicate effectively
High school graduate or equivalent.
