THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

Established in 2005, the firm leverages diverse skill sets, domain expertise, and capital through its Micro Private Equity Fund to make strategic equity and debt investments in growth companies. Focused on businesses with a minimum EBITDA of $750k and revenues under $25 million, they assist in transitions or scaling. THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

  • BD Hunting, actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities.

  • Take on the challenge of establishing sales processes and procedures.

  • Navigate tight cash flow management within a small business setting.
  • Wear multiple hats due to the need for versatility in small companies.

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Extensive experience in deal-closing within the materials separation space, materials management, and recycling industry.
  • Proven track record as a BD Hunter, adept at knocking on doors and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong management experience, preferably in a leadership role overseeing contributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, making decisions and driving initiatives independently.
  • Familiarity with private equity processes and considerations, although not essential.

Compensation Package

Basic Salary: $150,000 - $190,000
