Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and meticulous individual to join our team as the VP of Global Digital Merchandising. In this role, you will drive Global digital GTM and Creative strategies and influence regional strategies. You will build the channel assortments for global digital, assorting by season, franchise, price, and collection. You will work closely with various departments, including but not limited to sourcing, digital, legal, sales, and logistics, as well as outside vendors.

Global Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for Global Digital Merchandising
  • Define global assortment
  • Establish global merchandising strategy
  • Approve regional deviation
  • Report on global business
  • Global collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensure product line supports global strategy
  • Gain deep understanding of major competition and mapping
  • Inventory depth guidance
  • Help drive consistent processes and ways or working

Regional & Country Responsibilities

  • Provide seasonal hindsight and narrative
  • Provide regional market insights
  • Establish regional merchandising strategy by country
  • Modify global assortments to create regional assortments
  • Create initial country-level line plan assortment

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive global experience in buying and merchandising planning; footwear experience preferred
  • 4+ years of proven leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment and influence key stakeholders
  • Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change while driving results
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to successfully communicate cross-culturally
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google docs.
  • Ability to travel globally (20%)

Salary or Pay Range: $240,000 - $250,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
