We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Contract Logistics to join our executive team and lead our contract logistics division to new heights.

Position Summary: The Vice President of Contract Logistics will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our contract logistics operations across Europe. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, exceptional management skills, and the ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the contract logistics division aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the European market.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the contract logistics division, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service quality.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.

Business Development:

• Drive business development efforts to expand our contract logistics services, including identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the division.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract logistics operations.
