Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Global Voice Assistant Product Manager to join the core management team of Zepp OS Business Unit and spearhead the development of our next-generation voice-centric operating system for smartwatches. This role requires a deep understanding of voice assistant technologies, user experience design, and the unique needs of global consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our voice-enabled operating system, ensuring it delivers a best-in-class user experience tailored to the preferences of our global customer base.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to define product requirements, user flows, and interaction models that leverage the latest advancements in large language models and AI technologies.
Conduct comprehensive user research and market analysis to identify pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation in the voice assistant space, with a particular focus on the needs of active individuals and sports enthusiasts.
Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design principles and ensuring that our products consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our global smartwatch users.
Work closely with our international sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our voice-enabled products and features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the AI, voice assistant, or wearable technology domains.
Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and user-friendly AI-powered products, with a deep understanding of large language models, natural language processing, and conversational AI technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and international partners.
Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills being a strong plus.
Passion for fitness, sports, and health-related technologies, with a keen understanding of the unique needs and preferences of active individuals.
Experience in user experience design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction principles is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally to collaborate with global teams and partners.
