About the role

We are looking for our next VIP and Influencer Relations Executive to join our Marketing Team based in Hoboken, NJ. The core objective of this role is identifying and managing strategic relationships with influencers, content creators, and VIPs that drive brand awareness and recognition, align values, reinforce brand ethos, and deliver on business objectives.


As the VIP & Influencer Relations Executive you will be responsible for Identifying, cultivating, and developing relationships with influencers in North America, while facilitating the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will oversee gifting protocols, ideate gifting tools, track, and measure performance, while working with the directors of marketing and e-com on managing budgets and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and develop relationships with regional/national influencers and maintain current brand relationships
  • Negotiate and secure local brand ambassador contracts, organic/paid
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of influencer strategy with marketing and brand teams as liaison with PR Agencies
  • Set goals/KPI’s around VIP/Celebrity strategy constantly innovating strategy and talent based off what has/hasn’t worked; track, monitor and measure performance against KPIs
  • Continuously research and update 360 Marketing Calendar with important dates including: current and upcoming cultural events, brand initiatives, etc.
  • Manage gifting protocols, product orders and shipments to influencers and PR agency
  • Oversee the creation and completion of PR reports, agendas, recaps, etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing and e-comm teams to manage influencer engagement, posts, affiliate link promotion, etc.
  • Partner with marketing team in managing influencer budgets and timelines
  • Support guestlist needs for regional, boutique, and brand launch events and activations
  • Travel as required nationally and internationally, 10%

  • Great at maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Efficient, organized with excellent time management skills and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contracts/ terms
  • Finger to the pulse on art, fashion, music, lifestyle, and culture, with a strong understanding of the fragrance industry
  • Strong presentation skills highly desirable


Desired Background and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working with influencers and/or celebrities with a proven track record of securing Influencer & VIP content and brand partnerships
  • Experienced in social media, experience in social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube an asset
  • Experience working with luxury fashion, jewelry, beauty a plus
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Influencer Marketing Platforms
