Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred
15+ years of strong, well-rounded FP&A experience
8+ years of finance leadership experience
Must have experience presenting to board and/or C-suite executives
3+ years of data analytics and/or master data experience
Must have manufacturing, consumer goods, and/or distribution experience including pricing, COGS, transportation costs, manufacturing costs, cost of raw goods, KPIs, etc.
Strategic thinker; professional; excellent communication and presentation skills; succinct; focused; no nonsense
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with and manipulate large amounts of data
Large ERP experience required; SAP highly preferred
Stability with past employment
Current experience reporting directly to or working closely with a CFO
Must have leadership experience at a large company; $1B+
