What We Are Looking For
IntelePeer is looking for a visionary and strategic Vice President of Demand Generation to join our team and lead the charge in driving our aggressive growth goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, encompassing branding, messaging, go-to-market plans, and channel execution.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute to revenue generation.
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including:
Design iterative experimentation plans to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness. Partner with our corporate team to create assets and resources in support of campaigns (from lead generation programs to events) to deliver against the defined marketing plan.
Content Marketing (blogs, white papers, case studies, etc.)
Social Media Marketing
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
Analytics and reporting (demonstrating ROI and campaign effectiveness)
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to optimize marketing performance.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to amplify marketing efforts and maximize reach.
Identify and implement new marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Lead the digital advertising strategy, including development, design, content, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UX enhancements that drive acquisition and conversion
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the ability to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with decision-makers.
Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
Passion for building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on professional development.
A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments.
