ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our client:-

Vice President – Affordable and Market Rate Multifamily Operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations by directing Regional Vice Presidents to achieve financial goals, adhere to compliance practices, conduct property visits, and support on-site teams.
• Hire, train, mentor and develop the team to maximize performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners and management teams.
• Lead regional communications, ensuring team are aware of updates.
• Visit properties to ensure standards conform to ownership goals.
• Mentor and coach direct reports - budgets, expenses, capital improvements, and maintenance expectations.
• Provide guidance on resolving outstanding escalated issues.
• Ensure all property operations staff are aware of and adhere to corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop in-depth analysis of property performance by utilizing data to create actionable insights for operations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years successful management of leading multifamily affordable housing and market rate property operations, including experience as Vice President.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related major, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 'Hands on' management style, ability to lead and build strong teams.
• Experience managing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD and Conventional properties.
• Working knowledge of real estate operations, management of third-party assets, budgeting, planning and maximizing income.
• Proficient in MS 365 and Yardi.
• Travel is required.

Location:

San Antonio or Dallas, TX. In office.

Compensation package:

$180,000 - $220,000 commensurate with experience, plus Bonus & Benefits including Healthcare, 401k match.
