Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our leadership team to forecast and steer the hospital's future, maximizing financial targets and profitability through effective planning and problem-solving.
• Team Development: Create a supportive and inclusive environment where team members thrive, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage staffing levels for optimal productivity, oversee fiscal operations, and maintain inventory control to uphold budgetary targets and profitability.
• Client and Team Engagement: Act as an ambassador for our culture, addressing team member concerns and client escalations promptly and effectively to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and client satisfaction metrics, collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Hospital Administration.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience, ideally within a veterinary or clinic setting.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated competence in financial reporting and analysis.
  
  

Compensation: 70-75k
