About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with a strong background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Essential Functions
Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, React JS and other relevant front-end technologies
Familiarity with Typescript and Lit Framework is a plus
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Solid grasp of responsive design techniques and principles
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
