THIS POSITION REQUIRES RECENT CAPITAL MARKETS/TRADING/FINANCIAL/FIXED INCOME SERVICES EXPERIENCE NOT COMMERCIAL OR RETAIL BANKING. CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO GO IN FOR A FINAL IN-PERSON INTERVIEW TO GET AN OFFER. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CANDIDATE HAS CAPITAL MARKETS OUTLINED IN THEIR RESUME.

  • We need: A mid-senior Frontend/UI developer with good experience working with React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Node.js, REST/Websocket. Capital Markets experience is required.
  • Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local.

  • How many years working with: UI Development
  • How many years working with: React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Node.js, REST/Websocket
  • How many years working with: Capital Markets/Banking/Financial required

Required

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Node.js, REST/Websocket
  • 1-2 years basic Java experience for support, maintenance
  • Experience in development of scalable or distributed systems, with high volume transactions
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, coding standards, code reviews, source management, testing, etc
  • Domain knowledge in the Fixed Income space
  • Good communication skills. Ability to directly interface and support users

Optional

  • OpenFin experience
  • Angular
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Light understanding of SQL, Spring, Messaging Queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc),
  • Light knowledge of devOps, VMs, cloud, Kubernetes, etc
  • Experience with deal and trade flows, trade process, etc. a plus

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline
