Job Description

SETTING: outpatient rehab

SHIFT: 8AM-5PM; Monday-Friday, no weekends/holidays

ABOUT: Able to evaluate and establish treatment plans for diverse patient populations and implement treatment to achieve functional goals.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years' experience with good communication and teaching skills

LOCATION: Wichita Falls, TX - United Regional Health Care System - Level II Trauma Center
