Translation Coordinator-Spanish

This will be a CONTRACT position.


Responsibilities:

  • Translate, localize, and edit content to maintain the company's branded voice across various markets.
  • Identify and address process gaps and opportunities in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Monitor ticket statuses to ensure critical tickets are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform health checks on assigned pipeline segments and ensure continuous coverage.
  • Meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) for response and task completion.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on translated content.
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate messaging to customers.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting or as a native speaker of the specified language.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, managing pipelines, and improving workflows.
  • Strong desire to improve workflows, communicate new processes, and implement solutions.
  • Experience in crafting customer-facing communications.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the media industry.
  • Experience with subscription models.
