Translation Coordinator

**Must be able to read,write, and speak in Italian**

Responsibilities Include:

• Translate, localize, and edit copy for various campaigns and products to maintain branded voice across different markets
• Identify process opportunities and gaps, and coordinate with stakeholders on solutions
• Review ticket statuses to ensure critical tickets are handled promptly and efficiently
• Provide health checks on your portion of the pipeline, ensuring appropriate coverage at all times
• Meet agreed upon SLAs for response and completion
• Provide QA checks on already translated copy
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to ensure customers receive the right messaging at the right time

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in the specified language or as a native speaker
• 2+ years assisting in project management duties, managing pipelines, and improving workflows
• A desire to seek out workflow improvements, communicate new methods, and implement solutions
• Experience crafting customer-facing communications
• Comfortable finding opportunities in ambiguity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Outstanding work ethic and organizational skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in the media industry
• Experience within a subscription model
