Main purpose of the role: To assist Trade Manager in maximizing profitability; this position holds the responsibility of Monitoring, analyzing and trend reporting. Monitoring market share, utilization and customer performance.
Major areas of Responsibility: Monitoring market share, utilization and customer performance.
Main Tasks:
Analyzing customers profitability, trends, action items per trade/product
PIERS Data.
Build work plan with Trade and the Branches according to Market data and Customer profitability. Analyze work plan results and amend accordingly.
Prepare monthly review presentations for Cluster / Countries
Follow up with Sales & Branches.
Update gap analysis reports and action items.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of Statistics and Analytics
Advanced working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Power point Data Manipulation, Formulas, Lookups, Filters, Pivot Tables, Etc.
Experience with Tableau is an advantage
Shipping industry experience is an advantage.
