Training Assistant Silva is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Training Assistant to support our Operations Team by creating and providing training to new and current employees. Basic Functions: Support Operations Team by converting Standard Operating Procedures, Job Instruction Breakdowns, and One-Point Lessons into Power Point presentations. Input completed Power Point presentations into Learning Management System (Alchemy). Support Operations Team by creating and modifying training. Organize, plan, communicate, and deliver in-person training presentations to new and current employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exhibits a positive and professional attitude Communicates clearly and effectively and pays close attention to detail. Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and strong writing skills. Ability to create and design training, presentations. Ability to take information and turn it into easily understandable and thorough training content. Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
