What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for the design, development and delivery of quality training content and material. Assist with selection and creation of training effectiveness checks.
Job duties:
Manage all training for MV quality systems.
Conduct needs analysis. Create and implement training based on these analysis findings.
Evaluate current training material and provide revisions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop and implement training.
Design to audience based on understanding adult learning principles.
Develop relevant content to ensure high levels of learner engagement that enhances retention.
Present training content using a variety of instructional techniques or formats (e.g. exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, role playing. etc.).
Develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course material, such as handouts or visual materials.
Establish criteria to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments (e.g. surveys, evaluations, etc.).
Learning Management System Administrator.
Lead and develop direct reports.
The Skills/Experience Needed for the Role
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in an Instructional Designer role.
One (1) year of supervisory experience.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Captivate, and/or other learning development tool.
Experience with Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods.
Demonstrated experience in training material preparation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
How to Stand out from the Crowd
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Education.
Experience in providing instructional design support using LMS.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Understanding of varied learning styles
Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Ability to perform and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Medical Device Quality requirements
Salary Range
$79,906 - $110,541 (Compensation could be higher based on education, experience and skill sets)
