What You'll Do

Reconcile Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC) Obligation Orders between Bank of New York (BONY) / Fed Wire Custodian and ICI (Books and Records System)

Ensure all settlement instructions are properly entered into the Bank of New York Clearance System

Optimize Delivery opportunities through Partials, Pair-Offs, and Inter-Day Securities Borrowing

Resolve settlement discrepancies by monitoring exception queues inter-day while performing position reconciliations between internal and external systems

Manage, track, and report daylight overdrafts at BONY, participate in DR tests (internal and external), and system upgrades/enhancements

Prepare the department's MIS pack

Reconcile FICC Uncompared Repo Report (Breaks) and the FICC GL/Wash Account

Monitor the FICC RTTM (Real Time Trade Match) system

Manage FICC Obligations and Blind Broker Fails, FICC Collateral Substitution Process, GCF (General Collateral Finance) Processing, and BONY and FICC-GSD Monthly Billing

Skills You'll Need

BA, BS, or Associate degree in Brokerage/Financial Accounting or relevant experience in Securities Operations

Proficiency in Brokerage/Financial Accounting and Excel

Solid understanding of trade processing and settlement procedures

Experience with Fed wire clearance systems and FICC systems for US Treasury/Agency products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

Knowledge of markets, products, business, and regulations specific to Fedwire products (US Treasuries, Agencies, and Mortgage-Backed Securities)

Experience with core systems such as ICI/Broadridge ADP's IMPACT Back-Office system, BONY Broker Dealer Clearance System, Magellan Repo Front Office system, FICC system for GSCC's Real Time Trade Match (RTTM), On Demand, DTE/FISS, Appix

This role is based in Jacksonville, FL, following a hybrid working model.

Compensation

Salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40,000 to $62,750.

Actual salaries may vary based on factors including skills, experience, education, and qualifications.

Salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or other types of remuneration.
