Job Description + Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaborator and support to brand and digital team across all pillars of the business
- Assist with Shopify back-end store set up such as product shells, images, data entry, shipping information
- Limited Shopify front-end support to develop compelling ideas for store enhancements
- Develop store and tour launch plans and strategies covering key dates, social media deliverables, CRM support, etc.
- Work closely with our 3PL partners to communicate relevant information around product launches, deliveries, updates, etc.
- Creating tour analysis documents that outline key sales information for management teams
- Collaborate on product and creative ideation with Brand and Creative leads
- Develop best practices and reports based on campaign data to better inform and guide clients for future projects
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for site enhancements and optimization
- Assist in creative deliverables across all pillars of the business
- Work closely with freelancers throughout duration of projects to ensure they are provided project briefs, constructive feedback and deadlines
- Ideate GTM plan for ecom launches which should include customer journey and personalization strategies that can directly impact sales and conversions
- Manage a comprehensive testing roadmap ahead of all store launches to catch errors or issues pre-launch
- Manage asset creation across all activations such as site launches and tours
