Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing staff, cash handling and close out procedures.
• In-person tickets sales for The Filene Center, The Barns at Wolf Trap, and Children's Theatre-in-the-Woods.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and by phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by June 1.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Should enjoy working with people.
• Knowledge of ticketing software is a plus.
