Job Summary

Job Duties
Provides support in proctoring assessments and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
Provides proctoring support for testing and assessments.
Administer and proctor offsite test and exams at various locations within our service area.
Manages exams collection and delivery.
May provide testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
Provides support with technology.
Collects and tracks data for the testing center.
Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, greets arrivals, and provides organizational information.
Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, copying, maintaining forms, and scheduling appointments, answering the department office phone, and responding to questions.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree, and one to three years related experience, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
