Develops, implements and / or delivers (via various channels) technical training as it relates to the organization's products / solutions. Primarily provides training directly to internal staff (i.e. engineering and technical team members, sales consultants, etc.) but will occasionally provide technical product training to product end-users, partners and customers. Works with product development teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases. Uses adaptive learning methodology to address specific training needs and makes use of technology to create e-learning, computer-based and engaging customer training documents.
Responsibilities
Delivers training services to defined internal audiences or designated customer base or within an assigned product area / domain.
Partners with product, technical, sales and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand product features and functionality.
Works with internal teams and/or customers to understand training needs.
Designs, develops, delivers and maintains training materials and exercises.
Provides first level trouble shooting for product-related issues while conducting training sessions.
Evaluates training success through participant feedback and survey responses.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Training, or technical product knowledge
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
MS office suite experience, SharePoint is a plus
