Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for recruiting solid technical professionals, including software engineers, system administrators, IT specialists, and other technical roles.
  2. Use various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, sub-vendors, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and compatibility with client needs.
  4. Work closely with account managers.
  5. Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to hire.
  6. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  7. Stay informed about trends in the tech job market, including salary benchmarks, skill set demands, and competitor hiring practices.


Here is What You Need to Have:

  1. Experience working with a tech recruiting/staffing firm.
  2. Bachelor degree.
  3. 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology, or IT sectors.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proven ability to network effectively, both online and in-person, to tap into potential candidate pools.
  6. Strong leadership skills.
  7. Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
