POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Information Technology to support their permanent opportunities nationally. This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or IT this could be the position for you!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full Life-Cycle recruiting of IT professionals working in MSPs, Fortune 500s, startups, and legal firms
  • Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Build a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system and all other resources.
  • Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • At least 2 years of technical perm recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and team player
  • Hybrid work environment in office in Melville 2x per week
