Position:- Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee and manage complex technical projects related to 5G Roaming, RHEL/Unix systems, Kubernetes, and VNF/CNF deployments. Your coordination with teams across time zones, preparation of design documents, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects related to 5G, 4G, and other telecom technologies.
• Utilize Kubernetes fundamentals for managing containerized applications.
• Implement VNF/CNF deployments and integrate with existing infrastructure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones for effective collaboration.
• Prepare and review High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Solution Documents.
• Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Manage escalations and effort tracking to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provide weekly updates internally and externally.
• Conduct project tracking calls and develop mitigation plans for blockers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical project management within telecom or IT.
• Proficiency in 5G Service-Based Architecture and LTE.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with VNF/CNF deployments and virtualized infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
