As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive manufacturing test processes, tools and procedures behind the products powering Google’s Data Centers. You will ensure manufacturing test processes are repeatable and controlled. You will collaborate with Design Engineering to determine Google’s infrastructure needs and product specifications.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in managing suppliers and partners in implementing test requirements.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate in manufacturing test development activities and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage procurement, budget, schedule, and risk management for manufacturing test development projects and alignment with New Product Introduction (NPI) program schedules.
- Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders and Contract Manufacturers partners for test development status via reviews and dashboards. Work closely with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
- Lead and drive cross-functional, cross-vertical initiatives to drive test process standardization, optimization, and/or transformation.
