This position is based in Irvine California Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Technical Product Manager II

Your role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the roadmap and execution of key initiatives within the Ingram Micro Xvantage for vendors platform. Ingram Micro Xvantage for Vendors supports all aspects of the Vendor journey for Ingram’s 1500 vendors including onboarding, catalog & price management, business planning, marketing, and insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to deliver a product vision, prioritize initiatives informed by data & drive execution with data, engineering, and marketing/sales operations partners. This is an individual contributor role.

  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Pricing Engine, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy integration with other organizational initiatives.
  • Define and prioritize features for the Pricing Engine, considering the diverse dimensions of pricing rules such as VPN, Ingram SKU, Category, End-user, Reseller, Partner Level, Payment Terms, and more.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
  • Lead and collaborate with the engineering and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the Pricing Engine.
  • Conduct regular reviews of development progress, making adjustments as needed to meet project timelines.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to design and functionality, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience for business users setting pricing rules.
  • Implement strategies to drive user adoption, including training programs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant departments to understand their pricing needs and incorporate them into the Pricing Engine.
  • Foster effective communication channels to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor the performance of the Pricing Engine and identify opportunities for optimization.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on eCommerce and Fintech is a plus
  • Strong understanding of B2B commerce space particularly in a global context is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in the technology distribution industry is a significant advantage.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $89,800.00 - $143,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
