The Company:
Our partner, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the Data Science team and drive AI/ML innovation. Renowned for advancing patient care and operational efficiency, this organization pioneers transformative strategies and technologies for its patients.
The Role:
Act as a liaison between the data science team and stakeholders, translating senior stakeholder vision into AI/ML strategies
2+ years of experience in cross-functional communication and model deployment
Lead and manage data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery
Lead end-to-end development and deployment of predictive models and AI solutions
Work closely with data science teams to develop and deploy predictive analytics solutions, leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks environments where applicable
Communicate project timelines, progress, and outcomes to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in life sciences within the healthcare space
Hands-on experience in building and deploying models is a must-have
3+ years of experience communicating cross-functionally with stakeholders
Proficiency in Databricks and Azure Snowflake for scalable solutions
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
