Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead at Svim Labs, remote working location. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing technical aspects of projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing software architecture, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise and guidance. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation in technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Solidity, Rust
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns
• Solid hands-on experience in developing smart contracts, liquidty pool, ERC20 tokens
• Robust understanding in crypto ecosystems especially in web3 DeFi, RWA, token swaps, trading
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in database management and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the banking, finance or trading industry is a plus
