Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in smart contract development, DeFi, and real-world asset tokenization. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing and implementing blockchain-based solutions, and ensuring the robustness and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and audit smart contracts primarily using Solidity on Ethereum and Rust on Solana. Ensure the security and efficiency of the smart contracts.
• DeFi Protocol Development: Lead the development of DeFi protocols for lending, borrowing, and staking involving tokenized real-world assets. Implement financial transaction logic on blockchain.
• Platform Architecture: Oversee the design and architecture of both front-end and back-end components of the Svim Finance platform. Ensure seamless integration of smart contracts with the user interface and back-end services.
• Database Design: Design and manage the platform’s databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and security.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define the technical roadmap and strategy. Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Blockchain Integration: Ensure the platform’s compatibility with various blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, and Layer 2 solutions like Arbitrum, Optimism, and Polygon.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for blockchain security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct code reviews and security audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and DeFi. Incorporate new tools, frameworks, and protocols to enhance the platform.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in blockchain development and smart contract programming.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in Solidity and Rust for smart contract development.
• Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, and Layer 2 blockchain networks.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js and back-end technologies like Node.js.
• Expertise in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases).
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and financial transactions on blockchain.
• Experience with tools and platforms like Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js, and Metamask.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience conducting smart contract audits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor a development team.
