This role will be responsible for providing our customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.
The candidate will be responsible for providing timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
Candidate will need to visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads.
This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world.
Candidate will be expected to be available for on-site technical training as needed. Will work remotely but in person (onsite) for trainings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades
Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary
Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs
Good home internet connection
French language an asset
