Position Summary And Opportunity
This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining Duetto's documentation. This will include collaborating with Product to prepare for new releases, working with the Support team to account for new use cases, assisting with video production for instructional content, and more. Regardless of which medium you use, you will always aim to provide clear, concise instructions that encourage Duetto users to better understand, set up, and troubleshoot their environment, and ultimately get the most value out of Duetto.
Key Responsibilities
Develop content for new product releases, troubleshooting guides, quizzes and exams, assist with video production as well as maintain Duetto's library of existing materials. This position will focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high-quality content for end users and Duettos alike.
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, informative, and engaging content that drive customer success
Collaborate with SMEs across Customer Success, Product, Technical Services, Training, and Support to develop technical content that will drive success and scalability across the company and our customer base
Streamline the content production process in which knowledge is captured, reviewed, and shared with the goal of providing clear and timely communication surrounding product changes
Requirements
Superior communication skills and can convey complicated concepts in a simple and accessible manner regardless of the content medium (e.g., text, video, infographics, knowledge articles, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of writing, grammar, style, and punctuation
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven ability working cross functionally to produce documentation and instructional materials for multiple audiences
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience
Two years of professional experience in content management/documentation in a SaaS environment
Experience writing for an audience in leisure, hospitality, distribution, and/or travel tech is beneficial but not required
Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment required
