We will be a revolutionary blockchain platform poised to disrupt private equity investing. We are currently in the fundraising process and are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our innovative platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the biz2 platform architecture, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and efficient.
Oversee the selection, adoption, and integration of cutting-edge blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, tokenization protocols).
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Define technical roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate closely with other co-founders and stakeholders to ensure the technical infrastructure supports the overall business strategy.
Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in blockchain technology and Web3, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Drive the development of robust security protocols and best practices to safeguard user assets and platform integrity.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and processes for ongoing maintenance and future development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a software engineer or architect with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies.
In-depth knowledge of smart contract development and best practices for secure and efficient code.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

A keen understanding of security best practices for blockchain platforms and decentralized applications.
Bonus Points:
Experience with specific blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric).
Familiarity with tokenization standards and security token offerings (STOs).
Experience with building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps).
A strong understanding of financial markets and private equity investing.
