Location: Raleigh, NC-Day one onsite

  • 10+ Years of IT Experience
  • Primary Skills – Python, FastAPI, asyncio, PyTest, Poetry, Angular / ReactJS, ViTest, Yarn, MongoDB, Redis, SonarQube
  • Other skills – Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift, Kafka, AppDynamics Application Monitoring, Splunk Log Monitoring
  • Good to have prior experience with Cisco Products or CX Ecosystem

Major Responsibilities

  • Ability to design, provide multiple solutions to business requirements,
  • Flexible for hands on development, individual contributor role in about 50% bandwidth,
  • Work closely with product owners, thoroughly understand the business domain and participate from ideation to realization product journey,
  • Prepare architecture and design documents, use cases / workflows and present effectively in customer meeting,
  • Coordinate with onsite & offshore stakeholders, perform code reviews, mentor / coach team,
  • PoC / technology validations for new technologies,
  • Perform in depth assessment of CX application and provide roadmap to stabilize, reengineering / refactor approach,
  • Participate in story grooming with offshore team,
  • Collaborate with change management & release management,
  • Technically guide and help team members in analyzing and solving complex problems
