Our client, a boutique Hedge Fund based in NYC, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of individuals. The ideal candidate must be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance several different priorities at once.

POSITION: Team Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Midtown, NYC
SALARY: 100-130K DOE + Benefits + Bonus
HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage multiple heavy calendars, including scheduling/coordinating meetings and conference calls
Coordinate all conference needs including registering attendance, requesting meetings and updating calendars
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements and be capable of pivoting quickly in case of changes
Track and manage expense reports and submit monthly expense reports for each team member
Ad hoc projects such as providing back-up support for other members of the administrative team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of direct experience
Strong background supporting a team, preferably within the finance sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with peers
