Summary

Andersen’s Talent and Culture Community of Expertise (COE) is seeking a talent manager for the Andersen business and enterprise operations. The talent manager is a new role within the COE that will be vital to attracting and retaining talent across the organization; this leader will have a keen focus on identifying and developing strategies to maximize the potential of employees, ensuring they contribute effectively to achieving organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business HR and Business leaders to understand the business strategy and build targeted organization and talent strategies
  • Assess and determine critical talent needs and ensure an enterprise talent mindset.
  • Support strategic talent decisions, including when to build, buy, or borrow.
  • Manage implementation of core talent processes (assessment, development, succession, and placement), ensuring integration and alignment
  • Facilitate a focus on organization and talent performance, partnering with the People Analytics team, by showing the impact of organization and talent decisions and actions.
  • Communicate organization and talent decision options and implications to support decision-making
  • Provide thought leadership on standard Andersen organization and talent frameworks
  • Partner with other areas of Talent and Culture Enablement to deploy targeted programs that meet talent strategy needs.

Must Have Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience within HR discipline with strong domain expertise in talent management, talent development, and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights and knowledge of business objectives to drive talent and organization and talent strategies
  • Strong project management, organization skills and research skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products; ability to develop and manage project plans that ensure flawless execution
  • Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to make data driven decisions, problem solve and recommend creative solutions. Exhibits a solutions-based focus and can translate decisions into easily understood explanations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships; ability to influence without position power
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and business cases
  • Strong consultative skills exemplified by the ability to ask appropriate questions to identify unstated needs with internal clients
  • Experience as an HR Business partner
  • Solid oral and written communications skills as evidenced through briefings to leadership and employee communications

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4k for each eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
