We are searching for Talent Development Business Partner for Global E-Commerce, where you will partner with a number of global teams and leaders to refine our end to end approach to our most important asset, our talent. This includes working on a variety of different initiatives from designing and delivering talent management and developing programs. The solutions delivered will not only help drive our performance-oriented culture but also our business objectives. About the team:
The Talent Development team is essential to support Global E-Commerce growth worldwide. We act as partners and change agents to enable business rapid expansion across the globe. Our team is currently structured in regional setup, but we work as one brain to identify common learning trends & needs for the whole of the Global E-Commerce department.

Parts of this role will require supporting across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
Responsibilities
1. Familiar with corporate talent development philosophy, policies, programs.
2. Partner with HRBP, Business Leaders to identify learning needs across organization/geographic areas in charge.
3. Leverage TNA and Employee Engagement Survey findings, develop an annual L&D framework for business leaders and employees, and drive plan delivery.
2. Act as internal Consultant for business to design, develop and deliver practical learning solutions to address important management & global topics surfaced as business grows.
3. Update and deliver existing talent development programs throughout employee lifecycles (e.g. onboarding programs, leadership programs for leaders at all levels, competency model for professionals).
4. Design and manage learning projects, budgets and resources at agreed timescale and quality.

Qualifications

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in HR, specialising in talent management. In addition, preferably have practical experience in one or two areas below: HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Management Consulting, Change Management.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at critical thinking and problem solving.
4. Good business acumen.
4. Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with regional/global/global project management preferred.
5. Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.
7. A team player with great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
