Job Summary

JRM is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for full cycle recruitment inclusive of facilitating in the interview process, keeping our applicant tracking system up to date, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating interviews as they happen, and partaking in various recruitment events (i.e., campus recruitment for JRMs internship and rotational programs).

The right candidate will be comfortable managing several priorities throughout the recruitment cycle. This person will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine respect and empathy for the candidates considering careers with us will make this coordinator a valuable addition to the team.


Responsibilities And Duties

  • Crafting an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process (and always thinking of ways to enhance it)
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and applications, making candidate recommendations, and conducting initial phone screens
  • Schedule full cycle of interviews and be the first point of contact with candidates invited to begin the interview process
  • Engage and activate candidates; cultivate relationships and follow up throughout the interview process
  • Manage workflows within our applicant tracking system and update it with all notes and relevant information
  • Hold interviewers and hiring managers accountable for providing feedback and making timely decisions
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment and outreach strategy for JRMs summer internship program and undergraduate rotational program
  • Lead the planning and facilitation of the undergraduate rotational program and summer internship program, which consists of collaborating with department heads on needs, partaking in onboarding, creating a professional development plan for both programs, hosting social and networking events, and group outings
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation
  • Provide ad hoc reporting requests for senior leadership regarding recruiting efforts


Qualifications And Skills

  • At least two years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Solution-oriented, reliable and able to anticipate both candidate and hiring-team needs
  • A true brand ambassador who loves telling people about JRM
  • Outgoing and excited to participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Super comfortable in a people-focused role -- you interact naturally with others and can communicate with anyone
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage their time efficiently
  • Remarkable customer-service focus, with strong verbal and written communication to both Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Ability to be flexible and work cross-functionally across business
  • Proactive, responsive work style


Salary Information

  • To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary offered for this role is $65,000 - 80,000.


The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
