Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our thriving company, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Leadership Team to make a tangible impact on the growth and development of our sales and corporate hiring.
This is a remote role after the training period. However, to facilitate initial collaboration, we prefer candidates located in the Milwaukee or Chicagoland area.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting role
Expertise in screening candidates and making quick, sound decisions
Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for sales roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, particularly with Excel
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and guiding candidates through the interview process to their first day
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding and beyond
Collaborate with various hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions
Demonstrate versatility by contributing to various projects and wearing multiple hats
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and a smooth onboarding process
Generate weekly and monthly reports on recruiting statistics
