What You'll Do:
Find and Hire Top Talent: Identify and recruit talented individuals, placing them in roles where they can succeed.
Build Relationships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them find the best candidates.
Manage Applications: Oversee the influx of applications and seek new opportunities to expand our candidate pool.
Communicate Effectively: Engage with a wide variety of people daily, from executives and managers to applicants and new employees.
