Position Overview: Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their Human Resources team. This role involves managing high volumes of candidate interviews, coordinating schedules, and handling administrative tasks crucial to recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination: Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including audio, virtual, and onsite formats.
Candidate Interaction: Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews.
Travel Arrangements: Manage interview-related travel arrangements for candidates.
Expense Reimbursement: Process and verify expense reports for candidate and employee travel expenses.
Onboarding Support: Assist in processing new hire onboarding requests and documentation.
Communication: Send correspondence to candidates and hiring managers regarding interviews, evaluations, applications, and onboarding materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update confidential records in recruiting systems and other databases.
Process Improvement: Participate in or lead initiatives to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Software Utilization: Use MS Office Suite, BrassRing, SAP, and other applications for administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
Skills:
Customer-focused with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software like BrassRing and SAP.
