Roles And Responsibilities

• System Integration Design and Planning:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and system integration needs.

• Develop integration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and synchronization.
• Implementation and Configuration:
• Implement and configure integration solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Customize and extend integration platforms and middleware to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure compatibility and seamless integration between new and existing systems.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate system integrations and data flows.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integrated systems and applications.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
• Create technical documentation, including integration specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT teams and end-users on system integration processes and best practices.
• Maintain documentation and keep it up to date with changes and enhancements.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to system integration issues.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Systems Integration Specialist, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with integration technologies such as ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), APIs, RESTful services, messaging protocols (e.g., MQTT, AMQP), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization.
• Familiarity with databases, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
